Do you offer custom packaging?

We have a team of experienced graphic designers and can offer custom packaging options for all of our products available. Check our customisation page for more information.

What if I receive a defective item?

We will replace any defective item free of charge or credit the value onto your next order. All we require is photo proof as well as an explanation of the issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges will only be considered if the order is incorrect and the fault falls on our side.

Do you have physical stores?

No, we only have an online store. Our factory is based in Honeydew, Johannesburg. We are open to visitors.

PAYMENTS AND VAT

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paystack for online payments and we also accept EFTs, cash, geo-payments, and e-wallet payments on request

What currency will I be charged in?

All transactions are processed in South African rand (ZAR).

Are prices VAT inclusive?

Yes, VAT is included in all our pricing.

DELIVERY

Do you deliver nationwide?

Our partners at The Courier Guy can deliver anywhere in South Africa.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard shipping rate is R100 to all major city areas in South Africa. Deliveries to more rural areas may incur a small extra cost depending on the distance.

How long does the delivery process take?

Once an order has been processed, most deliveries reach our customers within one work day in a major city. For more rural locations, you can expect a maximum of 2 work days for your delivery. Overnight shipping can be arranged on request.
