Shipping

R100 is our standard shipping fee but it may vary depending on size and location. Free shipping with every order over R2000.
We use The Courier Guy for delivery which guarantees overnight shipping up to two working days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DANK PACK

Thank you for shopping with Dank Pack. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and reliable purchasing experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used packaging products (bags, jars, tubes, stickers, labels)

  • Custom-printed or personalised designs

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Any item not in its original condition

  1. Defective or Damaged Products
    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will review the claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement or store credit.

  1. Refunds
    Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances:

  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock

  • If a return is approved and received back in acceptable condition
    Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.

  • Custom items cannot be exchanged unless there is an error on our side.

  1. Custom Orders & Artwork

  • All custom printing, branded packaging, and artwork-related orders are final.

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed once production has started.

  • Reprints are only issued if the error was caused by Dank Pack.

  1. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is ours.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service; Dank Pack is not responsible for lost parcels.
